PATIENT SPOTLIGHT
Meet Gaby: A Little Miracle
At six years old, Gaby is a happy, active, and incredibly smart little girl with a big personality and an adventurous spirit. She loves watching Cocomelon on her tablet, playing with her toy phone and piano, and spending time in her favorite spinning chair. Between therapies and her busy days, she continues to find little moments to play, explore, and simply be a kid.
Gaby’s journey, however, began with challenges no family could have anticipated. She was born very sick and spent the first six months and two weeks of her life in the hospital. During her first two years, hospital stays became a frequent part of life for Gaby and her family. When she was finally able to come home for the first time, having nursing support became an incredibly important part of helping her family navigate this new chapter.
Over the years, Gaby has formed special connections with several of her Atlantic Care nurses. Her mom shares that some of those relationships have grown into incredibly strong bonds, with caregivers becoming truly special people in Gaby’s life and an important part of her journey.
Progress has sometimes come slowly, but Gaby’s family has learned to celebrate every milestone on her timeline. Today, her health is stable, she continues to make progress, and her family remains hopeful for everything still ahead. Rather than rushing toward the next milestone, her mom trusts that Gaby will accomplish what she is meant to accomplish in her own time. Her family knows there is something incredibly special about her story. Their faith has carried them through some of their most difficult moments and continues to guide them today.
"Gaby was born with purpose. She has been through so much, and she is truly a miracle."— Grace R., Gaby's MomIN CASE YOU MISSED IT

RATINGS & REVIEWS
We love hearing from you!
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
This agency truly goes above and beyond, not just for the families they serve, but for their nurses too. From day one, I’ve felt supported, valued, and appreciated. They take pride in being there every step of the way, making sure every patient’s needs are met with compassion, skill, and dedication.
What really stands out is how well they take care of their nurses, myself included. They communicate openly, address concerns quickly, and make sure we have the resources we need to give the best care possible. You can tell they genuinely value their staff, which makes all the difference in the quality of care we provide. Emily and Jasmin made onboarding an absolute breeze, Lexi is outstanding with communication, and a big shout-out to Mindy in staffing for being an incredible advocate for both patients and nurses!
If you’re looking for a nursing agency that treats both families and nurses like gold, this is the one.

CAREGIVER HIGHLIGHT
Our Caregiver Recognition Program is Growing!
We’re excited to expand our Caregiver of the Month and Caregiver of the Year recognition programs!
Moving forward, we’ll recognize a Caregiver of the Month in each of our four regions, creating even more opportunities to celebrate the incredible caregivers making a difference every day.
At the end of the year, four Regional Caregivers of the Year will be selected, with one receiving the company-wide Caregiver of the Year honor.
More caregivers. More recognition. More reasons to celebrate!
Congrats to our July Caregiver of the Month winners!
